Stefan Kniely is a stock trader and judo fighter. On May 8, 2022, he broke the\nmurph workout record: 1,900 pull-ups, 3,800 push-ups, 5,700 squats, and a\ntotal running distance of 62.64 km in 24 hours. The preparation for this took\nplace during uninterrupted professional activity on a self-developed diet, and\nwithout a medical team, physiotherapy or mental coaches. The two-year preparation period began for Stefan at 5:00 a.m. - with the daily\ndrive to work. In the 24 hours since May 7, 2:00 a.m., Stefan completed 19 complete\nworkouts, each consisting of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300\nsquats and another one-mile run, all while wearing a protective vest weighing\nnearly 9 kg: That's 1900 pull-ups, 3800 push-ups, 5700 squats and a total\nrunning distance of 62.64 km.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\"Project 20-24\" was conceived by Stefan in memory of his late father, who\nsuccumbed to cancer 20 years ago on May 7. In addition, May 7 is also the\nbirthday of Lieutenant Michael P.
